Currency exchange rates are now sourced from external providers and updated automatically. Ruble pairs are from the live currency exchange rate, others from OpenExchangeRates.
When converting, you can set a markup and rounding: for example, so that prices are always displayed in multiples of 100 or with a fixed margin on top of the market rate.
